Exchanges and Refunds
We obviously hope that you will love you order! However, if for any reason you do need to exchange it please let us know via email hello@florencecambridge.com within seven days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item and items will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition.
FLORENCE CAMBRIDGE will not be held responsible for lost items, so we suggest using Royal Mail signed for delivery.
